A leading Microsoft Solutions Partner is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager following continued business growth and an internal promotion.
With an established reputation for delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, the business works with customers across Financial Services, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Retail throughout the UK and internationally. THE ROLE:We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects while providing day-to-day support and mentorship to a small team of Project Managers.
This is a hands-on leadership role, with approximately 75% of your time focused on project delivery and 25% supporting, coaching, and coordinating the wider project management function.
Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects
Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, and timescales
Create, manage, and maintain project plans throughout the project lifecycle
Work closely with consultants, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring issues are proactively managed
Provide regular project updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Mentor, support, and coordinate a small team of Project Managers
Promote best practice across project delivery, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement
Ensure projects are delivered using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies where appropriate
Minimum of 5 years' experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects
Previous Microsoft Partner experience is essential
Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing multiple concurrent ERP implementation projects
Excellent communication, organisation, and planning skills
Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading project teams
Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and deliver successful outcomes
£65,000–£70,000
