Rent Officer needed in Redditch, £20ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1754623

We're looking for a housing professional to join our Housing Income team.

Whether you're a Tenancy Officer, Housing & Income Officer or Tenancy Sustainment Officer looking to develop your income recovery expertise, or a Rent Officer managing arrears cases through the court process.

You'll play a key role in helping residents maintain successful tenancies through early intervention, income maximisation advice, tenancy sustainment support and effective rent recovery.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
