Emergency planning/resilience officer needed i london

This is a temporary contract initially paying £188.58pd PAYE

We are looking for a candidate with experience working in the field of emergency planning or business continuity. They must have a strong working knowledge of the Civil Contingencies Act, and the role of local authorities within emergency planning, response, and recovery.

Key deliverables include:  

• Leading the coordination of resilience improvement programmes and workstreams. 
• Leading on the development, review and embedding of emergency response plans, procedures and policies, including
• Lead the design or review of strategic, tactical and operational training and exercising packages for emergency response role holders
• Implementation of new tools and dashboards to support the client's effective response to an incident.
