Lead D365 CE CRM & Power Platform Consultant - £75,000 – Remote

An experienced Lead D365 CE CRM & Power Platform Consultant with a proven track record of delivering customer engagement, business process automation, and digital transformation solutions across a wide range of industries. Skilled in analysing complex business challenges, building trusted stakeholder relationships, and designing tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Experienced in leading the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering, solution architecture, and pre-sales consulting through to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. Adept at engaging with senior stakeholders to understand sales, marketing, customer service, and operational requirements, translating business needs into scalable CRM and low-code solutions. Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and the wider Microsoft ecosystem, combined with excellent leadership, communication, and consulting skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive successful project outcomes, maximise customer value, and foster long-term client partnerships while supporting business growth and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an internal and external subject matter expert in relation to Power platform

• Engage in full project lifecycles on multiple small and large Dynamics 365 projects to implement the EliteCRM product for Elite Dynamics’ customers
• Gather requirements, engaging with stakeholders and shadowing workshops.
• Support of customers Dynamics 365 platform and continued evolution of the Dynamics based Elite solution offerings within the Power Platform

Experience

• Significant experience gained applying Power Platform to customer requirements

• Experience of using Power Platform with AI and copilot
• Experience with delivering and composing customer training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary
Up to £75,000 3% pension, life assurance x4 salary, Bupa private medical insurance, 25 days annual leave, 2x Volunteering days
