The successful candidate will lead and deliver complex transformation projects from initiation through to benefits realisation, motivating cross‑service teams and ensuring all outputs meet agreed scope, quality, time and budget expectations. They will analyse and challenge existing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and service improvement, maintain clear and accurate project documentation, and manage risks, issues and interdependencies with confidence.

They will engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, provide well‑structured reports and updates, and apply recognised project and change management methodologies to drive meaningful, measurable outcomes. They will demonstrate strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with the flexibility and professionalism needed to support evolving priorities and deliver high‑quality results.
