Multi Trade Operative needed in East London Paying  £18.22 per hr ref OR111845

Full time on a temporary basis

 Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of responsive repairs and maintenance works within occupied and void properties.
• Deliver high-quality plumbing or carpentry repairs alongside other multi-trade tasks.
• Complete work orders efficiently and in line with service standards and timescales.
• Maximise first-time fix rates and minimise repeat visits.
• Diagnose faults and identify the most effective repair solutions.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work undertaken using handheld technology or job management systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents.
• Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are kept in good condition.
