Pearson Carter are currently working with Elite Dynamics, a Microsoft Solutions Partner and Dynamics reseller specialising in vertical solutions across the holiday park and marina industries. They are looking for a Delivery and Resourcing Manager to join their growing team.

This is a Project Manager-style role with strong Scrum Master, daily stand-up and resource management responsibilities, sitting at the heart of the planning and delivery process across Product Development and Professional Services.

You’ll combine Agile delivery, Scrum leadership, resource planning and stakeholder management, helping ensure teams are working on the right priorities and that delivery dates are realistic and achievable.

They offer a salary of up to £70,000, fully remote working and an excellent benefits package.

• Manage delivery across Product Development and Professional Services.
• Own and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement.
• Run short, decision-focused daily stand-ups focused on blockers and progress.
• Manage backlogs, priorities and delivery through Azure DevOps.
• Manage resource planning, capacity and utilisation across teams.
• Provide realistic delivery forecasts and identify risks/blockers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and cross-functional dependencies.

• Experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and experience running Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience with resource management, capacity planning and forecasting.
• Strong Azure DevOps experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project Operations, PSA or similar is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience within SaaS, ISV or Professional Services environments is advantageous.

The Delivery and Resourcing Manager role is fully remote, working from home within the UK.
