Child Care Solicitor needed in Warrington  

This is a temporary role and the rate is £26.11ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be operating in the field of child safeguarding, from time to time you may also be expected to advise councillors and officers in the areas of adult social care and education.  The posts involve significant levels of advocacy in the Family Court.

All candidates will need excellent communication skills, team skills and the ability to interpret legislation in a common sense and practical manner, having due regard to the legal responsibilities.  They offer a supportive environment within a progressive and friendly team in a brand new state of the art building and are committed to flexible working and offer a hybrid model of working with part of the week spent working from home where appropriate. For this post, occasional attendance at the office would be preferred.
