Delivery and Resource Manager - Remote - £70,000

An experienced Delivery & Resource Manager with a strong track record of delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and digital transformation programmes within Microsoft Partner environments. Skilled in leading Agile Scrum teams, managing end-to-end project delivery, and aligning resources to meet client and business objectives.

Experienced in resource planning, capacity management, stakeholder engagement, budget control, and risk mitigation across multiple concurrent Business Central projects. Combines strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies to ensure successful outcomes, high team performance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities –

• Project Manager role with scrum master/daily stand ups and resource management
• Own and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement.
• Run stand-ups that walk the board rather than round the people: short, decision-focused, blocker-hunting.

Experience –

• Must have Scrum Master experience
• Resource management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Project Operations, PSA or comparable resource management platforms.
• BC experience is a must

Location -
This role is fully remote

Salary –
Up to £70,000 DOE
