Pearson Carter are currently working with a well-established Microsoft Dynamics partner with over 35 years of continuous growth, specialising in Dynamics 365, Business Central, Finance, HR and software integrations. They are looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join their growing team.

This is a client-facing consulting role focused on delivering Business Central solutions, with a particular emphasis on Finance and Accounting. You’ll work across implementations, manage multiple customers and collaborate with internal and international teams.

They offer a salary of up to £55,000, remote working and the opportunity for international travel.

• Deliver Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
• Support Finance and Accounting-focused Business Central solutions.
• Collaborate with internal, client and international teams.
• Provide strong customer communication and consultancy throughout projects.

• 3 years’ experience in a Business Central/ERP consulting role.
• Mandatory D365 Business Central experience.
• Strong Finance and Accounting background.
• Proven experience delivering Business Central implementations.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple customers.
• Microsoft Dynamics Partner experience is desirable.

• International Business Central implementation experience.
• Experience across additional Business Central modules.
• Previous Microsoft Dynamics Partner experience.

The Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant role is fully remote. Candidates must be based in the UK, Portugal or Spain and be located within reasonable distance of an international airport.
