IT Support Technician

Pearson Carter are currently working with a global consultancy who need multiple IT Support Technicians to join the team and help with level 1 laptop support/administration.

They offer this role on a 6 month contract paying an daily rate rate of €115 an day

Responsibilities:

• Level 1 support for Laptop and IT hardware
• Wipe and set up new Laptops
• Shipping and collection of IT equipment
• Process improvement and documentation

Experience:

• IT Hardware support
• Windows 10/11
• Laptop support experience
• Happy for Shipping and collection of IT equipment

Salary

They offer this role on a 6 month contract paying an hourly rate of €115 a day.

Location

This client has an office in Dublin and need people to work onsite.
