M365 Specialist - Fully remote - £55,000

An experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist with a proven track record of delivering enterprise workplace productivity, collaboration, and digital transformation solutions. Skilled in Microsoft 365 architecture, administration, and stakeholder engagement, translating complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and user-focused solutions. Strong expertise across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Power Platform, and Microsoft Purview, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive successful cloud transformation initiatives, and deliver measurable business value through modern workplace technologies.

Experience –

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, including data governance, compliance, information protection and risk management.
• Proven expertise across Microsoft Commercial Incentives (MCI), Entra ID and Microsoft Copilot within enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience designing, implementing and supporting secure Microsoft 365 and identity solutions across complex organisations.
• Keen to develop Microsoft expertise further, with a commitment to achieving MS-102, SC-300 and SC-401 certifications.

Responsibilities –

• Act as a technical specialist across Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Purview and Copilot
• Implement Microsoft 365 best practice frameworks and governance models
• Configure security and compliance features including Defender for Office 365, Purview Information Protection, DLP and retention policies
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and emerging technology, including Copilot innovations

Salary –

Up to £55,000

Location –

Fully remoter with occasional travel to client sites
