Level 2 Support Engineer Contract Onsite, Dublin

Pearson Carter are currently working with a global client based in Dublin who are seeking a Support Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This company operate on a global basis and specialise in the healthcare industry.

Experience:

• 2 years supporting Microsoft Windows desktop environments
• Experienced acting as a point of contact for IT tickets, requests and issues that are assigned to the team.
• Familiarity with performing IT tasks such as preparing IT hardware for the user community, troubleshooting account and application issues, rolling out new software.

Salary

This is a contract role that is offering a per day rate. The budget is flexible and the client is open to seeing various salary levels.

Location

The client is based in Dublin and you are expected to be able to travel to office 5x days per week.
