National Coverage Contract Role £260–£290 per day DOE Travel and Accommodation Paid

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager to oversee fire damper surveying, testing, installation and remedial works across commercial and residential properties throughout the UK.

You will coordinate surveyors and installation teams, maintain compliance standards and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on programme.

• Manage fire damper surveying, testing, installation and remedial programmes

• Coordinate surveyors, testers, installers and subcontractors

• Plan labour, resources, access arrangements and project programmes

• Review survey findings, test results, defects and photographic evidence

• Ensure reports and asset-management systems are accurate and up to date

• Monitor quality and compliance with relevant standards

• Oversee RAMS, toolbox talks and site health and safety

• Provide clients with regular progress updates

• Resolve operational issues, delays and technical queries

• Ensure defects and remedial works are completed before handover

• Management experience within fire dampers, HVAC, ventilation or passive fire

• Strong knowledge of fire damper testing, installation and remedial works

• Experience managing surveyors, engineers and subcontractors

• Ability to manage multiple sites and projects

• Strong client-facing, organisational and reporting skills

• Full UK driving licence

• Willingness to travel nationally and work away from home

• SMSTS and CSCS or a relevant SKILLcard

• BESA DW145 knowledge or training would be advantageous

• £260–£290 per day, depending on experience
