Account Executive – Data, Cloud & AI Consulting 150K–200K Uncapped Commission

Join a high-growth Australian Data & AI consulting business helping enterprise clients turn data into tangible commercial outcomes. You’ll sell meaningful consulting engagements across cloud modernisation, data engineering, analytics, machine learning and AI.

Responsibilities

• Win new enterprise clients across Data, Cloud and AI consulting services.

• Build senior relationships with business and technology leaders across the Sydney market.

• Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline from initial outreach through to signed engagement.

• Partner with technical consultants to shape compelling, outcome-led client solutions.

• Build strategic alliances and co-selling opportunities with vendors and technology partners.

Experience

You’ll bring:

• 5 years’ business development, account executive or enterprise sales experience.

• Proven success selling Data, Cloud, AI, technology consulting or professional services.

• Experience engaging senior enterprise stakeholders and managing complex sales cycles.

• An established Sydney network across data, technology or digital transformation.

• Strong commercial acumen, new-business drive and the ability to work credibly with technical teams.

Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini or similar consulting and technology environments will be highly regarded.

Salary

150,000–200,000 base super uncapped commission.

Your package will reflect your experience, network and proven ability to generate new consulting revenue. You’ll also benefit from hybrid flexibility, exposure to high-value enterprise engagements and the opportunity to help shape a growing sales function.

Location

Sydney, NSW — hybrid working arrangement, with regular client-facing activity across Sydney.

Strong Melbourne-based candidates may also be considered.
