Grounds Maintenance Operative needed in South East London Paying  £14.10 per hr ref OR114111

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowers.
  • Perform hedge trimming, pruning, weeding, and leaf clearance.
  • Maintain flowerbeds, shrubs, and landscaped areas.
  • Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation as required.
  • Remove litter and ensure outdoor areas are clean and safe.
  • Undertake basic fencing, paving, and grounds repairs.
  • Operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment and machinery.
  • Carry out seasonal maintenance activities, including gritting and snow clearance where required.
  • Report hazards, damage, anti-social behaviour, or health and safety concerns.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
  • Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with residents and members of the public.
