Development and Regeneration Surveyor needed in Haverfordwest Paying  £24.46 per hr ref OR114202

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and Regeneration
  • Support the delivery of development and regeneration projects from inception through to completion.
  • Undertake site assessments, feasibility studies, and appraisal work to support development opportunities.
  • Assist in the identification and acquisition of land and property for development and regeneration purposes.
  • Support the disposal and redevelopment of surplus assets.
  • Contribute to the preparation of business cases and development proposals.
  • Monitor development projects and ensure delivery against agreed objectives, budgets, and timescales.
  Property and Asset Management
  • Manage a portfolio of land and property assets.
  • Undertake inspections of land, buildings, and development sites.
  • Negotiate leases, licences, easements, wayleaves, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Prepare property reports and recommendations.
  • Monitor property performance and identify opportunities for improvement and value generation.
  Valuation and Professional Advice
  • Undertake valuations for acquisition, disposal, leasing, and asset management purposes.
  • Provide professional property advice to managers and stakeholders.
  • Assess market conditions and development opportunities.
  • Support negotiations with developers, landowners, agents, and solicitors.
  Stakeholder Management
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with developers, contractors, consultants, legal representatives, and landowners.
  • Attend meetings and represent the organisation at project and stakeholder meetings.
  • Support consultation and engagement activities relating to development projects.
  Financial and Contract Management
  • Prepare financial appraisals and viability assessments.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditure.
  • Support procurement and contract management activities.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  Compliance and Governance
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and professional standards.
  • Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and committee papers where required.
  • Promote best practice in property and asset management.
