Power Platform Developer – Up to 120K – 5 days a week on site

Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Power Platform Developer to design, build, and deploy applications supporting engineering and operational needs. You will work alongside a small development team to deliver scalable solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform while following best practices and using reusable components.

This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Build Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and collaborative solution design.
• Design practical, scalable, and maintainable data models and application structures.
• Work with business users to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain Dataflows using Power Query and Power Automate integrations.
• Develop reusable components, templates, and shared development standards.
• Support releases using Power Platform Pipelines and version control.
• Follow established safety standards, policies, and best practices.

Experience

• 3 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
• Strong expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of ERDs and relational data modelling.
• Experience with DLP policies, connector governance, and Power Platform deployment pipelines.
• Experience collaborating with developers and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SQL, SSMS, and Power Platform Admin Center.
• Experience within engineering, utilities, or similar industries is beneficial.
