Delivery Manager - Fully remote - Up to £90k

An experienced Delivery Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex technology and business transformation programmes across Microsoft and wider enterprise environments. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, driving successful project delivery, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology outcomes. Experienced in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches, with a focus on governance, resource management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities 

-Critical operational leadership role, sitting between the Team Leaders and COO and responsible for the day-to-day stability, quality and consistency of the Service Delivery function.
-Lead and support Team Leaders across multiple delivery teams, ensuring they have the resources, clarity and support needed to deliver projects effectively.
-Oversee resource allocation, utilisation and workload across the Service Delivery teams, identifying potential bottlenecks and capacity issues before they impact customers.
-Act as the first point of escalation for internal and customer delivery issues, providing quick solutions to stabilise situations and minimise disruption. 

Experience 

-5 years’ experience in a Project or Service Delivery role at Team Lead / Manager level.
-Hands-on experience delivering ERP projects, ideally Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
-Experience managing multiple workstreams, customer priorities and delivery teams.
-Strong customer-facing experience across discovery, UAT, go-lives and post-go-live support. 

Salary 

Up to £90,000 DOE
