Pearson Carter are currently working with a well-established Microsoft Dynamics partner who are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Business Consultant to join their growing team.

This is a senior functional role focused on delivering Business Central implementations, business process improvements and client projects. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements, translate them into effective BC solutions and support projects through to successful delivery.

They offer a salary of up to £80,000 and a hybrid working model, with 3 days per week required onsite in their Northampton office.

• Lead and support Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations from requirements through to go-live.
• Work closely with clients to understand business processes, challenges and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into effective Business Central functional solutions.
• Provide expertise across key BC areas including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Warehousing.
• Conduct workshops, process mapping, gap analysis and solution design.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted functional advisor throughout projects.
• Support configuration, testing, UAT, training and post-go-live activities.
• Work closely with developers and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• 5 years’ experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end Business Central implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge across core BC modules, particularly Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Warehousing.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Confident running workshops and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working within a Microsoft Dynamics Partner environment.
• Strong understanding of Business Central functionality, configuration and best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and client-facing skills.

• £60,000–£80,000 DOE
