Job Description:
Incoming telephone enquiries for transactions, mostly regarding refuse and recycling, freeing up permanent staff to answer more complex enquiries. Being able to deal with a high volume of calls efficiently whilst remaining patient, polite and empathic is a must. This is a position within the publics sector so there should be an acceptance of the constraints this entails.
