Pension Fund Account Officer needed in Hackney

This is a temporary role and the rate is £296.83 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will take ownership of the Pension Fund’s financial integrity, leading the preparation of high‑quality accounts, managing complex reconciliations, and ensuring all portfolio transactions are accurately captured and reported.

They will maintain meticulous working papers to support a clear audit trail, confidently liaise with investment managers, custodians and external administrators, and handle day‑to‑day transactional duties with precision. They will also contribute to ESG reporting and support passive equity voting activity, bringing strong technical accounting skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
