Pearson Carter are currently working with a global leader in cable solutions supporting the energy transition and digital transformation. They deliver high-performance solutions across transmission, power grids, electrification, and digital infrastructure.

Due to expansion, they are looking to hire a High Voltage AC Technical Sales Manager to provide technical expertise across HV cable systems while supporting customers throughout the sales process.

This is a highly technical, customer-facing role combining HV engineering knowledge with solution development, technical presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.

They offer SGD 8,000/month 15–25% annual bonus approximately 20% travel across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise across HV AC cable systems
Review customer specifications, standards, and project requirements
Develop compliant technical solutions and manage technical deviations
Identify compliance risks and optimise solutions
Support customer presentations, negotiations, and technical discussions
Work closely with engineering, commercial, legal, and project teams

Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline
2–3 years’ HV technical experience
Experience with HV cable design, system design, or installation engineering
Strong utility industry and HV product knowledge
Experience interpreting technical specifications and standards
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Technically strong with a commercial mindset

Salary
SGD 8,000 per month 15–25% annual bonus

Location
Singapore (approximately 20% travel across Southeast Asia)
