BI Developer - Dynamics 365 CE
Remote (UK) Up to £65,000

We're working with a growing organisation looking to add an experienced BI Developer to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in Dynamics 365 CE, business analysis, and data analytics who enjoys transforming complex data into meaningful business insights.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping to drive data-led decision-making through the development of robust reporting, dashboarding, and analytics solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using data from Dynamics 365 CE and other business systems.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into actionable reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Develop and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualisations.
• Work with stakeholders to identify trends, improve reporting capabilities, and support business decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.

• At least 4 years' experience in BI Development, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong experience working with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM data.
• Previous business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft data technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Fully remote role with occasional travel when required.
• Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience.
