D365 Business Central Functional Lead – €65,000 – Malta

Pearson Carter are currently working with a leading global professional services organisation who are looking to add an experienced D365 Business Central Functional Lead to their growing Digital Consulting team in Malta.

This is a senior position where you’ll lead complex Business Central implementations, take ownership of functional delivery and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end D365 Business Central implementations across Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory and other functional areas.
• Own functional delivery across discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, cutover and post-go-live support.
• Manage senior client relationships, requirements, scope, risks and project deliverables.
• Lead, coach and support functional consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to proposals, estimates, solution demonstrations and Business Central business development.
• Manage functional workstreams, resources, budgets, timelines and delivery risks.

Experience Required:

• 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central.
• Strong hands-on functional knowledge of Business Central across one or more key modules.
• Proven experience leading Business Central implementations or ERP workstreams from end to end.
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and functional delivery.
• Experience managing scope, budgets, resources, timelines and client expectations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills.
• Previous consulting or professional services experience would be beneficial.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or managing functional consultants.
• Fluent English is required; additional European languages would be advantageous.
• Microsoft Dynamics certification would be advantageous.

Salary: €65,000
