Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central Consultant

Pearson Carter is currently working with an established end-user organization within the construction, manufacturing, distribution and supply chain sector that is investing heavily in its Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central environment.

They are looking to hire a Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central Consultant to take ownership of the system, work closely with business stakeholders and support the continued development and optimization of their ERP platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move from a traditional Microsoft Partner environment into a long-term, business-focused end-user role, working directly with the organization and its internal teams.

Salary: 100K–120K Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Support and optimize the organization's Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central environment.
• Work with finance, operations, manufacturing, supply chain and other business teams to understand requirements and improve processes.
• Support full lifecycle implementations, upgrades and system enhancements.
• Provide functional expertise across Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
• Translate business requirements into effective Dynamics solutions.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external Microsoft partners where required.
• Identify opportunities to improve ERP functionality, reporting, workflows and overall system efficiency.

Experience:

• 3 years of experience working with Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central.
• Strong experience across NAV 2009 through Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
• Experience working within an end-user environment is highly beneficial.
• Strong functional consultancy and business process experience.
• Experience within manufacturing, construction, distribution, supply chain or production environments.
• Good understanding of ERP processes across areas such as finance, purchasing, inventory, sales and operations.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into Dynamics solutions.

Salary/Package:

100K–120K Benefits, depending on experience.

Location: Houston, TX

The role is home-based, with occasional travel to company/client locations as required.
