D365 BC Functional Lead - €65,000 – Malta

We're working with a big 4 organisation growing their Advisory practice within Digital Consulting and are looking for an experienced D365 Business Central Functional Lead to join our collaborative D365 consultancy team

In this role, you’ll lead complex client engagements, shape functional solutions and guide multidisciplinary teams through successful end-to-end delivery

What you’ll be doing –

• Act as the functional lead across one or more D365 Business Central areas, such as Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory or HR, translating business priorities into practical and scalable solutions. 
• Lead end-to-end D365 Business Central implementation projects, setting the functional direction and overseeing discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, reporting and post-implementation support. 
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, challenge requirements constructively, manage expectations and secure alignment on scope, priorities, risks and deliverables. 

What you’ll bring –

• Advanced hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central; relevant Microsoft certification would be an advantage. 
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including demonstrable responsibility for leading Business Central or comparable ERP workstreams or implementations; professional-services or consulting experience would be beneficial. 
• Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies, with the ability to plan functional workstreams, estimate effort, allocate resources and manage delivery risks. 

Location –

This role is based in Malta. Candidates based outside of Malta will be required to commute.

Salary –

Up to €65,000 Benefits
