Software Developer – C# / C / D365 Business Central – Up to 90K – 5 days onsite

Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Software Developer to join a growing IT team within a manufacturing environment. You will develop, support, and troubleshoot custom software across multiple manufacturing facilities, while gaining exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The ideal candidate will have strong C# and C programming skills, experience across Windows and Linux environments, and a practical approach to solving business and technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot applications using C#, C, .NET, and .NET Core.
• Develop across Windows and Linux environments, including network and serial integrations.
• Support custom software deployed across manufacturing facilities.
• Work with SQL Server for data querying, analysis, and reporting.
• Support integrations with D365 Business Central.
• Develop and customize D365 BC tables, pages, reports, and code units.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify and develop software solutions.
• Support Windows/Linux servers and other on-site systems.
• Work with RFID labeling, ZDesigner, and ZPL where required.

Experience

• 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong C# and C programming skills.
• Experience with Visual Studio and .NET.
• Experience working with Windows and Linux environments.
• Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with data analysis, communications, network/serial APIs, or RFID is beneficial.
• D365 Business Central experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Salary/Package

• 75,000 – 90,000
• 401(k)

• 10-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
