Power Platform Developer – Norwich – £40,000–£45,000

Pearson Carter are currently working with a leading UK accountancy and business advisory firm who are investing heavily in Microsoft Power Platform, automation and AI to improve internal business processes.

They are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join a small development team and take ownership of solutions from requirements through to delivery.

• Develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Build automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop
• Work with Copilot Studio, AI and emerging Microsoft technologies
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with APIs, SQL Server and other enterprise systems
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Take ownership of projects from requirements gathering through to implementation
• Support the continued development of the organisation's Power Platform and automation capabilities

• 2 years' commercial Power Platform development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience with Power Automate Desktop, Copilot Studio or AI would be highly beneficial
• Experience integrating Power Platform with APIs, SQL Server or other business systems
• Strong understanding of business processes and automation
• Confident communicating with stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions
• Able to work independently and take ownership of development projects
• Must be able to work 2–3 days per week from the Norwich office

Salary: £40,000–£45,000
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office
