Estate Services Cleaner needed in Horsham Paying  £15 per hr ref OR116286

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities
  • Clean communal areas within residential blocks, including hallways, stairwells, lifts, entrances, and bin stores.
  • Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and wash designated areas as required.
  • Remove litter, graffiti, and fly-tipping from estates and surrounding grounds.
  • Empty and clean communal waste and recycling areas.
  • Carry out litter picking and maintain external areas, pathways, and car parks.
  • Report repairs, health and safety hazards, anti-social behaviour, and other estate-related issues.
  • Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely in accordance with COSHH regulations.
  • Assist with seasonal duties such as leaf clearance, snow clearance, and gritting.
  • Ensure cleaning records and work schedules are completed accurately.
  • Provide a courteous and professional service to residents and visitors.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
