We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a growing team in Sydney. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and project managers to understand business needs, improve processes and help deliver practical technology solutions.

• Work with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, pain points and business objectives.

• Gather, document and manage business and functional requirements.

• Translate business requirements into clear documentation for technical teams.

• Map current and future-state business processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, Product Owners and other internal teams throughout delivery.

• Facilitate workshops, meetings and requirement-gathering sessions with key stakeholders.

• Support UAT, including developing test scenarios, coordinating users and managing issues.

• Analyse business data and processes to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Assist with project documentation, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Help ensure solutions delivered meet the original business requirements.

• 3 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst.

• Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements.

• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with process mapping and business process improvement.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working within Agile or hybrid project environments.

• Understanding of software development and technology delivery processes.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio or similar.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
