Take the lead on international Business Central projects and help build a growing consulting practice in Malta.

A Big Four professional services firm is expanding its Digital Consulting team and looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central specialist. You’ll take responsibility for major client engagements, guide functional consultants and help shape how the team delivers future projects.

You’ll lead Business Central programmes from the first discovery workshop through design, configuration, testing, training, cutover and support after launch. Projects span Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory and HR.

Working directly with senior client stakeholders, you’ll turn business requirements into practical solutions while keeping functional delivery, scope, risks and dependencies on track. You’ll also mentor consultants and contribute to proposals, estimates, demonstrations and client discussions.

• At least five years’ experience with Dynamics NAV or Business Central

• Experience leading ERP implementations or substantial functional workstreams

• Strong hands-on Business Central knowledge and an understanding of the full implementation lifecycle

• Confidence managing delivery priorities, budgets, timelines and client expectations

• The ability to lead workshops, present solutions and coach other consultants

• Excellent written and spoken English

Experience in professional services, consultancy or a Microsoft Partner, along with Microsoft certification, would be useful. Spanish, German or Italian language skills would also be an advantage.

You’ll join a global firm, work on complex international projects and have a senior role in growing its Business Central capability. The position offers long-term progression and relocation assistance to Malta.

Salary: €65k
