Microsoft D365 F&O Technical Architect – Malta – €65k

Pearson Carter are currently working with a Big 4 Microsoft Partner who are expanding their Digital Consulting team in Malta. They are looking for an experienced Microsoft D365 F&O Technical Architect to lead the technical delivery of complex D365 F&O implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of D365 F&O developers, ensuring development standards and quality
• Design and recommend scalable D365 F&O architectures based on client requirements
• Take ownership of the technical solution throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Manage releases and ensure high-quality delivery
• Lead technical integration requirements
• Provide hands-on development and coding where required
• Support Project Managers with technical recommendations and realistic delivery timelines
• Contribute to technical estimates and project planning
• Mentor and develop the wider D365 technical team

Experience:

• 5 years' experience as a Technical Lead / Technical Architect on D365 F&O implementations
• Strong knowledge of the D365 Finance & Operations ecosystem
• Experience with D365 F&O architecture, infrastructure sizing and migration projects
• Strong understanding of integrations and technical delivery
• Power Platform experience is advantageous
• Relevant Microsoft D365 certifications
• Degree-level qualification
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
• Strong project delivery and estimation skills
