Multi Skilled Engineer- Plastering bias needed in Camden Paying  £161.50 per day ref OR103994

Full time hours on a temporary basis

•  Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out all aspects of plastering, including skimming, patch repairs, rendering, dry lining, float and set, and ceiling repairs.
  • Undertake repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties.
  • Complete multi-trade works including basic carpentry, tiling, painting and decorating, and minor brickwork repairs.
  • Diagnose building defects and complete repairs efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests and support planned improvement programmes.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed works using mobile devices or job management systems.
  • Liaise professionally with residents, customers, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Identify additional repairs and report property issues where necessary.
  • Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained and used safely.
