An established Microsoft solutions provider is expanding its Dynamics practice and is looking for a Business Central Functional Consultant to join the team.

You’ll work across a range of customer projects, taking responsibility for understanding operational requirements and shaping them into practical solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The position will suit someone comfortable owning customer engagements and supporting projects from initial scoping through implementation and post-launch support.

• Manage functional delivery across new Business Central implementations and existing system improvements.
• Analyse customer processes and recommend suitable solutions within the BC platform.
• Run discovery sessions and document functional and business requirements.
• Configure Business Central and assist with UAT, migration, training and system rollouts.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve how clients use their ERP environment.

• 4 years working with Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing functional or implementation position.
• Track record of involvement across several NAV/BC implementations, upgrades or transformation projects.
• Good understanding of areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sales, Stock and Warehouse Management.
• Comfortable running workshops and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to take ownership of your workload while collaborating with consultants and technical teams.

• Salary up to €65,000, dependent on experience.
• Woking in their Malta Office
• Exposure to a varied pipeline of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
