We’re working with a leading Australian professional services organisation that is investing heavily in technology and AI. They are looking for Technology & AI Trainers to help staff get the most out of new and existing systems.

You’ll be responsible for delivering practical technology training and supporting users across the business. This will include:

• Delivering face-to-face training, workshops, webinars and 1-on-1 sessions

• Training staff on AI tools and practical AI use

• Training users across Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, including advanced functions

• Supporting users across business applications and internal systems

• Providing training and support across document management and practice management systems

• Creating training guides, FAQs and other user documentation

• Troubleshooting user issues and escalating technical problems where required

• Supporting new technology and system rollouts

• Gathering user feedback and working with technology teams to improve adoption

We’re looking for someone with a background in technology, software or IT training who is confident working with both technical and non-technical users.

You’ll ideally have:

• Strong experience delivering technology/software training

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Good Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 knowledge

• User support and troubleshooting experience

• Experience creating training materials and documentation

• Knowledge or practical experience with AI tools

• A friendly and patient approach to working with users

Desirable: Legal or professional services experience, FileSite, Aderant, iManage, LMS, legal technology, document automation or digital transformation experience.

This is a training and technology adoption role rather than a developer or traditional helpdesk position.
