Job Description:
We are seeking a service‑focused and motivated Learning & Development Trainer to join on a full‑time or part‑time basis. This role sits within our corporate services team and plays a key part in supporting staff capability, technology adoption, and continuous learning across the organisation.
The RoleThe Learning & Development Trainer will design, deliver and support training programs across a range of technology and AI tools used within the business. Responsibilities include:
Instructor‑led training for individuals and groups, delivered through face‑to‑face sessions, workshops, webinars and virtual formats
Hands‑on training for internal AI tools, helping staff build confidence and integrate these tools into daily workflows
Providing ongoing user support, troubleshooting and guidance, acting as a bridge between end‑users and internal development teams to surface issues and gather feedback
Creating and maintaining training materials, quick‑reference guides and documentation tailored to different skill levels
Supporting consistent adoption of technology tools and ensuring training content remains current and effective
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering training programs and supporting users across a variety of technology platforms. Key capabilities include:
Ability to deliver training on practical AI usage and internal AI tools
Experience providing one‑on‑one and group training across applications such as Microsoft Office (including advanced formatting, styles, cross‑referencing and template creation), FileSite, Aderant or similar systems
A continuous improvement mindset, using feedback and data to refine training programs
Ability to implement and train new processes and systems
Strong documentation skills, including capturing feedback, queries and solutions for FAQs and ongoing improvements
Responsive approach to user support, including triage and escalation of technical issues
Ability to track training participation and engagement
This role suits a proactive L&D professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience supporting staff in technology adoption. Knowledge of AI tools, learning management systems, document automation platforms or legal‑tech systems is beneficial. Experience within a professional services or legal environment is an advantage but not essential.
