Fully Remote Up to £50,000 DOE

An established Microsoft Solutions Partner is expanding its Dynamics practice and is looking for a D365 CRM Functional Consultant to join the team.

You’ll work across a range of customer projects, taking responsibility for understanding business requirements and shaping them into practical solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform. The position will suit someone comfortable working directly with customers and supporting projects from initial discovery through implementation and post-go-live support.

• Manage functional delivery across new Dynamics 365 CE implementations and existing system improvements.
• Analyse customer processes and recommend suitable solutions within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Run discovery sessions and document functional and business requirements.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE and assist with UAT, data migration, training and system rollouts.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve how clients use their CRM and Power Platform environment.

• 2 years’ experience working as a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant.
• Experience working with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service and Marketing.
• Previous experience across D365 CE implementations, integrations, upgrades or transformation projects.
• Comfortable running workshops and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to take ownership of your workload while collaborating with consultants and technical teams.

• Salary up to £50,000, dependent on experience.
• Fully remote working.
• Exposure to a varied pipeline of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
