Hybrid – Weybridge Up to £65,000 DOE

An established organisation based in Weybridge is looking for a Business Applications Manager to take ownership of its business applications estate, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV.

You’ll be responsible for the ongoing management, development and optimisation of the company’s core business systems, working closely with internal stakeholders, users and external partners to ensure Business Central/NAV continues to support wider business requirements.

• Take ownership of the organisation’s Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV environment and wider business applications.
• Manage ongoing system improvements, upgrades, integrations and application projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Manage relationships with Microsoft Dynamics partners, third-party suppliers and internal technical teams.
• Oversee application support, troubleshooting and the resolution of business-critical system issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through better use of Business Central/NAV and associated applications.
• Support the wider business applications strategy and future technology roadmap.

• Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Previous experience owning or managing business-critical ERP/business applications within an end-user environment.
• Experience delivering Business Central/NAV upgrades, implementations, integrations or improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes across areas such as Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Warehousing.
• Experience managing relationships with external Microsoft partners, vendors and third-party suppliers.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical or functional solutions.

• Salary up to £65,000, dependent on experience.
• Hybrid working in Weybridge.
