This is a temporary role and the rate is £15.81ph PAYE

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong numeracy and literacy skills, be educated to GCSE/O’Level standard or equivalent, and bring proven experience of scheduling work within a maintenance setting. They will have a background in delivering customer‑focused, front‑line services and be confident working within housing management or maintenance environments. They will also be comfortable operating in an inner‑city, multi‑cultural community, building positive relationships with tenants and contributing to a responsive, well‑organised service.
