Class 2 Refuse Driver – Basingstoke
Location: Basingstoke
Pay: £17.87 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00am–2:00pm
Job Type: Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for Class 2 Refuse Drivers to join a busy waste and recycling operation in Basingstoke.
The Role- Driving a Class 2 RCV on refuse collection routes
- Working alongside loaders to complete collections
- Residential and commercial waste collections
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Following designated routes and health & safety procedures
- Supporting the loading team when required
- Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence
- Valid CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 2 driving experience
- Refuse/waste experience preferred
- Reliable and physically fit
- Good understanding of health and safety
- £17.87 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 4am–2pm
- Temp to perm opportunity
- Ongoing work with the opportunity to become permanent
