AI Consultant AI Advisory / Managed Services Brisbane Hybrid Up to 110K

Pearson Carter are currently working with one of Australia’s leading Managed Service Providers, helping SMB and mid-market organisations improve how they operate through technology, automation, and AI.

Due to growth, they are looking for an AI Consultant to help customers move beyond AI experimentation and into practical, measurable business outcomes.

This is a customer-facing consulting role combining AI strategy, workshops, stakeholder engagement, and technical advisory. You’ll work with multiple clients, helping identify AI opportunities, design solutions, and support responsible AI adoption.

They offer up to 110K Super, hybrid working in Brisbane, and the opportunity to help shape an emerging AI practice.

Responsibilities:
Lead AI discovery workshops with SMB and mid-market customers
Identify practical AI use cases that improve business outcomes
Translate business challenges into AI strategies and roadmaps
Advise customers on AI adoption, governance, and responsible use
Recommend AI solutions using platforms such as OpenAI and Anthropic
Build trusted relationships with executives and operational teams
Work with technical teams to deliver customer outcomes

Experience:
Managed Services / MSP experience preferred
Infrastructure or cloud technology background
Strong understanding of generative AI platforms
Experience working across multiple customers or environments
Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
Ability to explain complex technology in simple terms
Confident working independently with customers

Salary
They offer an excellent salary package: up to 110,000 Super
