Data & AI Architect – Senior Manager / Principal / Director

Pearson Carter is working with a leading global technology consultancy expanding across Southeast Asia. You’ll lead Data & AI architecture and transformation engagements, advise senior executives and help major organisations modernise their technology and build enterprise AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data & AI and enterprise architecture engagements, translating business priorities into practical technology solutions.

• Design scalable data platforms and AI solutions using technologies such as AWS, Databricks and Generative AI.

• Advise C-Suite stakeholders on technology strategy, cloud transformation and legacy modernisation.

• Lead consulting teams and work across business and technology functions to deliver complex transformation programmes.

• Develop executive recommendations and roadmaps that support investment decisions and measurable business outcomes.

Experience

Essential:

• A strong technology consulting background, with experience leading enterprise architecture, Data & AI or technology transformation engagements.

• Experience managing senior stakeholders and presenting recommendations to C-Suite executives.

• Strong technical understanding of enterprise data platforms, AI solutions and cloud architecture.

• Experience leading consulting teams and engagements at Senior Manager, Principal or Director level.

• The ability to connect technical decisions with commercial objectives.

Desirable:

• Experience within a top-tier consulting firm or specialist technology consultancy.

• Exposure to Banking, Insurance, Energy, Industrial Goods or Telecommunications.

• Experience with AWS, Databricks, Generative AI or OpenAI technologies.

Bonus ranges are 20–40% for Senior Manager, 25–50% for Principal / Lead Principal, and 60–120% for Director, with an additional annual Southeast Asia payment of approximately 15%, paid in December.

You’ll gain exposure to major regional transformation programmes and opportunities to influence technology decisions at executive level.

Location

Opportunities across Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia, with immediate hiring priority in Singapore and Thailand.
