A leading global technology consulting organisation is looking for an experienced Director – Data & AI Architecture to join its growing Singapore practice.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a technology consulting professional who can operate at the intersection of enterprise architecture, Data & AI, technology strategy and business transformation.

You will work with some of the largest organisations across Banking, Insurance, Energy, Industrial Goods and Telecommunications, helping C-suite stakeholders define and execute their technology transformation agendas.

As a Director, you will take ownership of major consulting engagements and act as a trusted technology advisor to senior client stakeholders.

You will be responsible for shaping technology strategies, leading architecture and transformation programmes and developing practical Data & AI solutions for complex enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead large-scale Data & AI and enterprise architecture engagements from strategy through to implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Define enterprise technology and Data & AI strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Lead legacy modernisation and cloud transformation programmes.
• Design scalable enterprise data and AI architectures.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, OpenAI and emerging AI technologies.
• Develop executive-level technology recommendations, business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead and develop consulting teams across complex client engagements.
• Build strong senior client relationships and identify opportunities for further transformation.
• Bridge business strategy and deep technical architecture to deliver commercially valuable outcomes.

You will be an established technology consulting leader with a strong track record of advising large enterprises and leading complex transformation programmes.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Significant experience within a top-tier strategy, technology or specialist consulting organisation.
• Deep expertise across Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Transformation or Technology Strategy.
• Proven experience leading major consulting engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong exposure to AWS, Databricks and modern enterprise data platforms.
• Understanding of Generative AI, OpenAI and emerging enterprise AI capabilities.
• Experience across Banking, Insurance, Energy, Industrial Goods or Telecommunications.
• A strong track record engaging with C-suite and executive stakeholders.
• The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear commercial recommendations.
• Strong business development and client relationship management capability.
• The technical credibility to challenge existing architectures while maintaining a strategic and commercially focused approach.

You will work on some of the region's most complex Data, AI, Cloud and enterprise transformation programmes, with significant exposure to C-suite stakeholders and the opportunity to shape technology strategies for major organisations.

Location: Singapore
Level: Director
Base Salary: SGD 285,000
Bonus: 60–120%
Additional SEA Payment: Approximately 15% paid annually in December
