They will champion effective homelessness prevention, oversee housing needs and tenancy management, and drive improvements that enhance the experience of tenants, leaseholders, and vulnerable residents. With a strong focus on community wellbeing, cohesion, and support programmes, they will lead multidisciplinary teams, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and deliver customer‑focused, resilient services that continually evolve to meet changing demands.
