Multi-Skilled Joiner needed in Bolton, £25ph PAYE - Reference: 000B 7112 / 1

Key Requirements

• Ability to undertake a range of secondary trade duties, including basic plumbing, tiling, plaster patching and general maintenance
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own tools required

Duties Include

• Responsive repairs and maintenance to housing stock
• Diagnosing and resolving repair issues on first visit where possible
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Providing excellent customer service to tenants

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
