Project Manager – Data Centres 160,000–190,000 Bonus Vehicle Allowance

Pearson Carter is partnering with an established digital infrastructure specialist expanding its data centre delivery team. You’ll take ownership of large-scale, mission-critical projects, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress as the business grows.

• Lead data centre projects from planning through to delivery and handover, keeping work on schedule and within budget.

• Manage site teams, technicians and subcontractors to deliver against technical specifications and client expectations.

• Take ownership of project budgets, forecasting, costs and variations to maintain strong commercial performance.

• Coordinate clients, suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery challenges and keep projects moving.

• Maintain high standards of safety and quality throughout on-site delivery.

Essential:

• Proven project management experience delivering data centre projects within a contractor or trade environment.

• Experience leading larger delivery teams and coordinating subcontractors.

• Strong financial and commercial skills, including budgeting, cost control and managing variations.

• Practical technical knowledge and a hands-on understanding of site delivery.

An advantage:

• A trade or tools background, with previous experience as a technician or Site Manager.

• Progression from hands-on technical delivery into project management.

• Relevant project management qualifications.

160,000–190,000, with flexibility up to 200,000 depending on experience.
