Administrator – Construction & Maintenance

The Company
Build Recruitment are working with a well-established construction and property maintenance company based in Fishponds, Bristol, who are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team. Start ASAP.
The company delivers a range of construction, property maintenance and building services across the region.
The Role
As an Administrator, you will provide general administrative support to the operational and contracts teams, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day construction and maintenance activities.
Duties will include:

• General administration and data entry
• Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
• Updating job and contract records
• Scheduling and coordinating engineers and operatives
• Raising work orders and updating systems
• Liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers
• Maintaining spreadsheets and records
• Assisting the contracts and maintenance teams
• Filing and document management
• Providing general office and administrative support

About You
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience and be confident working in a busy environment.
Experience within construction, property maintenance, facilities management or housing would be advantageous, but is not essential.
You will need to be:

• Organised and reliable
• IT literate, with good Microsoft Office skills
• Confident communicating by phone and email
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Accurate with good attention to detail
• A team player with a positive attitude
