Salary: 160,000–190,000, with flexibility up to 200,000 depending on experience

THE CANDIDATEThey are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a hands-on technical background, ideally gained within a data centre contracting or trade business.Key requirements:

• Formal project management experience
• Direct experience delivering data centre projects within a contractor or trade environment
• Experience managing larger delivery teams
• Strong financial acumen and commercial management capability
• Practical understanding of technical requirements and on-site delivery

Ideal background:

• Tools or trade background
• Previous technician or Site Manager experience
• Progression from hands-on delivery into project management

Important: Prioritise candidates with direct data centre contracting experience. Candidates coming primarily from NBN or telecommunications are less aligned with the environment the client requires.Sponsorship: Open to exploring suitable candidates from APAC or the UK specifically (Mentioned 3 times in the meeting) , but local candidates are the priority.
