Location: Cairns, QLD
Salary: 100,000–120,000 superannuation
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in the office

With continued growth and several new projects underway, they are looking to expand their development team with a motivated Full Stack Software Developer.

About the Role

As a Full Stack Software Developer, you will work closely with product managers, designers and other engineers to build and maintain modern web applications. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering through to deployment and ongoing optimisation.

You will have the opportunity to work on new product features, improve existing systems and help shape the technical direction of future projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications using C# and .NET.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Design and optimise SQL Server databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 3 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Commercial experience building front-end applications using React or a similar framework.
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server and relational database design.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
